Pen & Ink is my original version of my custom portraits. These are sketched with pencil, outlined in black felt tip pen, and hand rendered with Prisma Color art markers.

Digital portraits are still hand drawn, but on a drawing program. They are still hand drawn and have the same look as my pen & ink versions. Drawing them digitally allows me to really capture the detail and color of the piece I’m drawing!

Yes! I offer a digital version of your pen & ink portrait for $30 on top of the cost of the portrait! This is great if you want to use your drawing for things like custom note pads, gift tags or cards! My personal favorite size is the 5×7! I love the small scale of them and they look great both on a table or your wall.

Upon placing your order, please email illustratedabodes@gmail.com photos of the house and specifics of anything you would like / do not want included in the photo. Once I receive the photos, I will confirm that I received your email and put you in my que.

Once your order is ready to ship, I will mail them via USPS. If you would like to arrange to pick up in Raleigh, NC, please send me an email.

Once your order is ready and approved by you, I will email the digital file. You may do what you please and have the rights to reproduce the image as many times as you want.

My turnaround time for custom portraits is 14 days during the off season and 20 during the holidays. This can fluctuate depending on the demand for custom orders, but don’t hesitate to contact me if you need something and I can see if I am able to accomodate.

If you need to change your shipping address after you place your order, please contact me ASAP at illustratedabodes@gmail.com with your new shipping address and order number.

I always love the idea of getting a custom frame made for such a special gift like a house portrait. I highly recommend Jerry’s Artarama for these or Michael’s Craft Store.

If time or budget does not allow for a custom frame, I love getting frames from Home Goods or Michael’s!
