Client must provide clear, high-quality photos for reference.
One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Turnaround time begins once payment and reference materials are received.
Digital Files:
Digital artwork will be provided in PNG format unless otherwise requested.
Files are for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.
Copyright and Usage:
Illustrated Abodes retains copyright of all artworks.
Client may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork without written permission.
Refunds and Cancellations:
No refunds once work has commenced.
Cancellations before work begins are subject to a 50% administrative fee.
Delivery:
Digital files will be delivered via email. Physical copies with be mailed via USPS.
Illustrated Abodes is not responsible for errors in client-provided information.
Privacy:
Client information and reference photos will be kept confidential and used solely for creating the commissioned artwork. Address will be blurred or removed for client privacy.
